Orchards mans killing unsolved after 8 years

first_imgWednesday marked the eighth anniversary of Donald Brown’s unsolved death. His live-in girlfriend came home late on Feb. 4, 2007, and found the 39-year-old fatally stabbed in his head and neck. Detectives found no signs of forced entry at his Orchards-area house on Northeast 104th Court. Brown was an engineer at Frito-Lay when he was killed, and had worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska.The Vancouver Police Department has sought additional information from the public multiple times to try and solve the case. Those with information can contact Detective Darren McShea at 360-487-7431 or [email protected]’s mother, Pat Kuiper, moved to Vancouver from Las Vegas to work on her son’s case. In an interview with The Columbian, Kuiper said she wants her son’s killer held accountable so that she can remember her son in a different way.“I don’t want to think about the murder so much.
